Susanna

A while back, I was itching to do a shoot. I had discovered some amazing places and I wanted to put them to use! I immediately thought of Susanna. She’s beautiful, hysterical to be with, has such a great style and her personality is just as cute as it can be. Her smile is completely contagious, as is her joyfulness. I had a great time driving around to all the different locations, laughing, talking of spiritual things and life in general. Not only is she a fantastic model, game for just about anything, but she is such a sweet young lady. Not only was the shoot  a success, but I got the chance to know Susanna a little bit better and that’s what is important to me. She’s a dear, dear, dear and I love her muchly!

Sarah Beth Costello

Here’s to my best friend: The beautiful and incredibly talented, Sarah Costello. The girl who knows my secrets, who shares my heart. The one who encourages me to rise above my own status quo, who’s there for me when I’m sick of trying. She’s sees my flawed self and loves me anyway. We’ve cracked the weirdest jokes, have cried many a tear together and she understands my incomplete thoughts, even when I do not. She’s adventurous, brave, strong and true. She builds me up and continues to walk with me. I’m so thankful for her friendship and the gift that she is to me! She’s also a pretty dadgum good model, as you will see. 😉 I love her dearly!!!ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

So, this last photo was found, purely by accident. Sarah and I were leaving our *ahem* location and I thought to myself, “Bethany, you should look behind that door. See if it opens…” I followed my instincts, turned the knob, pushed the door open and … aaaaaahhhhhhh…. It was like angels were singing. 😉 Ha! It was pretty incredible, with or without the angels.

Oh, what a beautiful day!

I opened my door this morning, was greeted by the suns rays touching my face and I knew it was going to be a good day! After a few, short hours at the kindergarten, I threw my stuff together and headed out to meet my next client. Chris Warren has got to be one of the most laid back people I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. 🙂 I have known him for YEARS, (since he was little) and it was very cool to have the privilege of shooting his senior pictures. These few images are just a smidgen of what we did today, but it was really fun! We found a coffin, (I believe) braved the “dangers” of the river, raced the sun to the end of the day and had a good laugh over Chris’ astonishment over learning my actual age. 😉 Good times.
